This endowment was established by Dr. Larry Balsamo, retired History Instructor and Chair. CRITERIA: Incoming freshman, Enrolled full time, Minimum 28 ACT, Plans to major in history teacher certification, Demonstrated leadership or civic duty through activities or community service.
