H.D. Waggoner Memorial Scholarship

The H.D. Waggoner Memorial Scholarship was established by Dorothy Reed in memory of her father, Dr. Harry D. Waggoner. CRITERIA: Sophomore standing with at least one semester remaining, Major in the biological sciences, Full time enrollment, Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, Demonstrated financial need.
