GORDON W. KIRK HONORS HISTORY SCHOLARSHIP

Dr. Kirk created this scholarship to encourage freshman and transfer students who are honors history majors to see the importance of working hard to achieve an education and then putting those skills and knowledge to the good of mankind. CRITERIA: Be in good standing as a full-time student at Western Illinois University and in the Centennial Honors College, Be a History major, First preference to an entering Freshman who qualifies for the Centennial Honors Program, Second Preference to a Transfer student who qualifies for the Centennial Honors Program, Third Preference to a current student with a 3.4+ GPA.
