William Butterworth Foundation Scholarship

Katherine Deere Butterworth’s community involvement and philanthropy led her to establish the William Butterworth Foundation in memory of her husband, William.

Mission: Honoring our heritage by supporting service, culture, and education inthe Quad Cities community.
Vision: A community that values its heritage, serves one another, and finds joy in learning.

CRITERIA:

• Available to student studying either Early Childhood or Elementary Education at any class level
• Student originates from Rock Island Country, Illinois or Scott County, Iowa
• Attend in the Quad Cities
• GPA minimum 3.0
• Demonstrated financial need
• Demonstrate community involvement
