The Julstrom Foreign Language Scholarship was established by Dr. Clifford A. and Rosa Julstrom. CRITERIA: Must be a junior, Foreign language major, Full-time student, Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, Demonstrate leadership and/or academic excellence in the department.
