Clarence E. Neff Memorial Scholarship Fund (Agriculture)

The Clarence E. Neff Memorial Scholarship was established in the spring of 1989 by the family and friends of Clarence E. Neff. Mr. Neff was a longtime member of the Illinois State House of Representatives and had also been a member of the WIU Foundation Board of Directors for many years. Mr. Neff died in July of 1988.

CRITERIA:
 Must be a junior, senior, or transfer student majoring in Agriculture
 Minimum 3.25 GPA
 Must reside in the 17th Congressional District
 Financial need will be considered.
