Illinois Broadcasters Association Scholarship

This account was established in 2001 after an endowment agreement was signed by the WIU Foundation and Dennis Lyle for the Illinois Broadcasters Association.

CRITERIA:
 Enrolled full time in good academic standing
 Demonstrate talent, commitment, excellence, and professional ambition in broadcasting
 Have superior record of academic performance
 Awarded to the top student (as determined by the appropriate WIU faculty and/or academic administrators) with rising senior standing majoring in Broadcasting. If more than one outstanding student is considered qualified, preference shall be given to a student with demonstrated financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid Office and/or work experience in broadcasting.
