YVONNE & FRANK LUPTON ECOEE SCHOLARSHIP

The Yvonne and Frank Lupton ECOEE Scholarship was established by Dr. Frank and Mrs.Yvonne Lupton to be awarded to an RPTA student selected to participate in the ECOEE program. CRITERIA: A major in the RPTA Department, Evidence of leadership qualities, Evidence of involvement in extra-curricular activities involving department (RPTA), College, university, or professional organizations, Financial need will be a determining factor, A minimum of two semesters at WIU with a minimum of 30 hours of credit by the end of the spring semester prior to ECOEE enrollment.
