Marta Mounce Hayes Memorial Elks Scholarship

The Marta Mounce Hayes Memorial Macomb Elks #1009 Scholarship was established by Gretchen Mounce, to honor her daughter and further the ideals of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks (BPOE).

CRITERIA:

  • Be a graduating senior in good standing from a high school in the Macomb Elks Lodge #1009 jurisdiction.
  • Full-time
  • US citizen
  • Demonstrated scholarship, leadership, and citizenship
  • Be in the upper 20% of graduating class
  • Financial need
