WOMAN IN SCIENCE (WIS) RESEARCH & SCHOLARLY ACTIVITY SCHOLARSHIPS

The WIU-WIS Research and Scholarly Activity Scholarship provides a stipend to students engaged in research activities. This scholarship also strengthens the connection between student researcher, faculty researcher and WIU-WIS mentor.

CRITERIA:
 Be a female majoring in a STEM discipline in the College of Arts and Sciences (Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Geography, Geology, Mathematics, Physics)
 Be enrolled full-time during the award
 Be an undergraduate junior/senior or graduate student during the award
 Engage in a research project not part of a regular course (“individual research” courses are acceptable)
