WILLIS & HELEN MEEK SCHOLARSHIP

The Willis & Helen Meek Scholarship was created by the Meeks. CRITERIA: Junior (60 hours) at the completion of the semester of application (spring); Economics major; Have a minimum 3.0 grade point average. Preference will be given to applicants that can document interest or research in issues that are relevant to rural areas such as the delivery of education to rural·schools, transportation, health care, or economic development. Preference will also be given to applicants that are involved with the Institute of Rural Affairs at Western Illinois University.
