Jerry Purdum Memorial Scholarship (Business)

The Jerry Purdum Memorial Scholarship was established in1996 by family and friends. Mr. Purdum was a distinguished businessman, outstanding community leader, and loyal supporter of Western Illinois University. He served as a member of the WIU Foundation Board of Directors, and was a charter member of the WIU College of Business and Technology Advisory Council.

CRITERIA:
Applicants for these scholarships must have a declared major in Business, have financial need, and participate in student activities, community services, and academic affairs.

• Applicants majoring in Business: must be enrolled as full-time students and must be making satisfactory progress toward a degree in Business. Any undergraduate students may apply, must have a minimum 3.00 GP A.
