The William R. Harris Kiwanis Scholarship was established by the Macomb Kiwanis Club in memory of William R. Harris, prominent Macomb attorney.

CRITERIA:

  • Entering freshman
  • Pre-law major
  • Minimum ACT score of 22 (preferably 24 or higher)
