Dr. William and Carol Pratt created this scholarship to assist engineering students on the campus of WIU Quad Cities.

CRITERIA:

  • Engineering major
  • Enrolled a minimum 6 semester hours at the WIU-Quad Cities campus
  • Minimum 2.75 GPA
  • Outside activities and work experience will be considered
