The William “Dr. B.” and Jacquie Brattain Transfer Scholarship was established to recognize and reward a community college transfer student to Western from Hancock, McDonough, or Schuyler county in Illinois.

CRITERIA:

  • Incoming transfer from a community college
  • Resident of Hancock, McDonough, or Schuyler county in Illinois
  • Demonstration of academic excellence and community involvement
