The Matthew Kieffer Memorial Fund was established in memory of Matthew Scott Kieffer, a student at WIU who died of cancer.

Incoming freshman
Average student
U.S. citizen
Preference to a Rock Island high school graduate; second preference to a high school graduate from the county of Rock Island, Mercer, Henry, or Scott
