Frank W. Banks Memorial Scholarship

The Frank W. Banks Scholarship was established by Mr. Banks’ estate.

CRITERIA:

• Be high school graduate of any McDonough County, Illinois school district or of any school district located in a county adjacent to McDonough County, Illinois
• Have graduated in the top fifteen (15%) percent of graduating class
• Show financial need
• Academic performance, extra-curricular activities, employment history, and community service will be considered
