Donald and Mary Ann Troyer established the Oliver and Mary E. Troyer Scholarship. CRITERIA: Pursuing Bachelor of Science Degree in Education with the purpose of teaching children ages 3-12, Entering freshman, Minimum 3.0 GPA, Demonstrated potential to be a teacher.
