Loren K. Dittus Scholarship

The Loren K. Dittus Scholarship was established in 1984 by Loren K. and Jo Anne Dittus. Dittus was a professor and associate dean of the College of Health, Physical Education and Recreation at Western Illinois University. He came to Western in 1968 and retired in 1984.

CRITERIA:
 Kinesiology major
 Junior class level (60 semester hours of credit) and have completed all course work at WIU with the intent to complete a bachelor’s degree at WIU
 Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA after four semesters
 Evidence of extracurricular activities, including department clubs
 Evidence of leadership qualities in departmental and/or college
