The Charles A. Leonard Memorial Fund was created in memory of Charles A. Leonard, a professor in the Political Science Department at Western Illinois University. CRITERIA: Political Science major, Freshman, sophomore, or junior, Demonstrate outstanding contributions to the field of political science.
