ETHEL RAY SCHOLARSHIP

The Ethel Ray Scholarship was established by Ted and Diana Irish and other family members to honor Ethel Ray, a Western Illinois University graduate. CRITERIA: Entering freshman, Major in Elementary Education, Minimum 25 ACT score, Rank in upper 25% of high school graduating class, Demonstrated potential as a teacher.
