Bernita “Bee” Otto was a Canton, IL native who taught elementary education in Maryland and Illinois for 12 years before working for over 30 years as an employment assistant at Caterpillar.

CRITERIA:

  • Incoming transfer student
  • Preference to a student from Tazewell County, IL
  • Minimum 3.2 transfer GPA
  • College activities and community service
  • Financial need may be considered
