JAMES JOYCE SCHOLARSHIP

The Dr. James Joyce Psychology Scholarship Fund was established in 1986 by the Psychology Department. Dr. Joyce started the psychology department at WIU and served as its first chairman. In 1970 he was appointed acting dean for the College of Arts & Sciences. Dr. Joyce retired in 1986 after 26 years of service.
